Standard initial holistic hypnotherapy session. This session offers a blend of traditional hypnotherapy methods, deep energy work and consciousness whereby the body and conscious mind are guided into a relaxed state, allowing the practitioner to facilitate insight, energy release and self-healing, aligned to your intentions for the session.

Both practitioner and client work together in partnership to facilitate change. This deeply healing and empowering experience provides a safe space for you to connect to your own inner resources for the purpose of releasing, healing and reframing limiting core beliefs and behavioural patterns.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES -EFT

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping is a non-invasive and gentle, meridian based relaxation technique. It is often described as 'acupuncture without the needles'. While feeling the emotion, tapping on meridian points and expressing the problem or connecting to the energy of the issue, the emotion subsides and releases completely.

EFT is highly effective in helping to release limiting behavioural patterns, anxiety, depression, addictions, fears and phobias, physical pain and discomfort, trauma, grief and other strong emotions.

REIKI

A Japanese method of energy healing, offering deep relaxation and stress relief that promotes profound holistic healing - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Reiki is a powerful stand-alone treatment as well as an ideal companion to holistic hypnotherapy that is highly effective in supporting further energetic release, healing and calibration.
